7. AraabMuzik - Electronic Dream

It’s always hard for me to make year end lists so I usually just pretend to arrange them in my head. This year I’ve decided to do it on here since these musicians have been a source of inspiration to me. I kick things off with the trance sample heavy Electronic Dream which has been a source of nostalgia to my trance years.

Found out about this one late through FACT’s 50 best albums, but I’ve grown to really love it over the past few weeks.

This one has been my garage binge for the year. You can’t go wrong with a Beyonce sample.

Amazing voice, great production from Illangelo & Doc, and creative sampling make it mellow ode to the lifestyle of a large city. He also wrote and sang on Take Care.
